Wild peace silk begins as cocoons gathered in the forests of India where the silk worms enjoy living full life cycles. It has a linen-like texture and softness.

Plant dyes are living color and many steps are followed to ensure their longevity. Best care includes not exposing them to prolonged direct sunlight, and avoiding acidic liquids. Hand wash only if necessary with a pH neutral soap.  

These pieces took two weeks to complete.
